Résumé(s) : Cette thèse s’intéresse à la place croissante du patient dans sa prise en charge et à l’évolution du rôle du pharmacien dans le système de santé. Depuis plusieurs décennies, la relation soignant-soigné s’est transformée, donnant au patient un rôle actif dans la gestion de sa santé. Dans ce contexte, les pharmaciens occupent une fonction centrale, en tant que professionnels de proximité, garants de la qualité du conseil et du suivi thérapeutique. Le travail s’attarde particulièrement sur les tests rapides d’orientation diagnostique (TROD) et les autotests, dispositifs qui permettent un dépistage ou une autosurveillance simple, rapide et accessible. Leur développement soulève des questions essentielles : conditions de réalisation, fiabilité, interprétation des résultats, mais aussi accompagnement et information des patients. L’étude met en lumière le rôle du pharmacien dans la mise en place de ces outils, son implication dans la prévention, ainsi que les responsabilités légales et éthiques qui en découlent. Elle souligne également l’importance de la formation, de la traçabilité et de la gestion des déchets liés à ces pratiques. En définitive, cette thèse montre comment TROD et autotests participent à l’amélioration de l’accès aux soins, à la responsabilisation des patients et au renforcement du rôle du pharmacien comme acteur incontournable de santé publique., This thesis focuses on the increasing role of the patient in their care and the evolution of the pharmacist’s role in the health system. For several decades, the caregiver-patient relationship has transformed, giving the patient an active role in managing their health. In this context, pharmacists play a central role as local professionals, guarantors of the quality of advice and therapeutic follow-up. The work focuses particularly on rapid diagnostic orientation tests (TROD) and self-tests, devices that allow simple, quick and accessible screening or self-monitoring. Their development raises essential questions: conditions of realization, reliability, interpretation of results, but also support and information for patients. The study highlights the role of the pharmacist in the implementation of these tools, his involvement in prevention, as well as the legal and ethical responsibilities that flow from it. It also highlights the importance of training, traceability and waste management related to these practices. Ultimately, this thesis shows how TROD and self-tests contribute to improving access to care, patient empowerment, and strengthening the role of the pharmacist as a key player in public health.
