Cette étude observationnelle rétrospective décrit les caractéristiques de 11 enfants âgés de 3 à 18 ans présentant une APLV persistante, suivis au CHU de Strasbourg entre 2010 et 2025. Tous les patients présentaient un terrain atopique et avaient présenté une réaction allergique avant l’âge de 6 mois. Dix d’entre eux ont initié une immunothérapie orale (ITO), avec un suivi médian de 42 mois. Des réactions allergiques, parfois sévères, incluant des anaphylaxies, ont été observées au cours du protocole. L’ITO apparaît comme une option thérapeutique prometteuse dans cette population, à condition d’être conduite dans un environnement spécialisé et sécurisé. Une étude à plus large échelle est nécessaire pour mieux identifier les facteurs prédictifs de réponse et de tolérance à l’ITO Persistent IgE-mediated cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA) in children remains poorly understood. This retrospective observational study reports the clinical characteristics and management of 11 children aged 3 to 18 years with persistent CMPA followed at Strasbourg University Hospital between 2010 and 2025. All patients had an atopic background and experienced their first allergic reaction before 6 months of age. Ten patients initiated oral immunotherapy (OIT), with a median follow-up of 42 months. Adverse reactions, including anaphylaxis, were observed during treatment. OIT shows promise in this population, provided it is conducted within a specialized setting.
