This work deals with the age of revolutions as a historical concept. It analyzes three different readings of this concept, the marxist reading, the liberal reading and the conservative reading. Its aim is to show how this concept was thought and developped by historians and how these historians were influenced by their conceptual and historiographical views regarding revolutions.
