<dc:description xsi:type="unistra:Resume" xml:langue="fre">Summary : we carried out a retrospective study of the morbidity mortality impact of child transfer in care for neonatal therapeutic hypothermia in neonatal resuscitation service in Strasbourg. 78 newborns were treated between 2011 and 2017. Of these, 14 were born at the Strasbourg University Hospital (group 1), 43 were born outside the hospital and transferred under passive hypothermia (group 2) and 21 were born outside the hospital and transferred without hypothermia (group 3). Hypothermia was set up within six hours in 87% of cases. We haven’t identified excessive cooling during transport. There were no significant difference of morbidity and mortality between the three groups. But a no statistical trend is emerging. The death or serious sequelae on MRI rate is 28.57% in group 1, against 38.10% in group 2 and in group 3 (p: 0.798).</dc:description>
