Description : Médecine. The purpose of this monocentric observational study was to evaluate the effect of vedolizumab (VDZ) and ustekinumab (UST) on articular manifestations associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) compared to patients treated with infliximab (IFX). 125 patients were classified into 3 group s: prospective group 1, without articular manifestations at inclusion, prospective group 2 with articular manifestations at inclusion, and retrospective group 3. 12 patients included in group 1 (41.4%) developed articular manifestations : 44.4%, 50% and 33.3% respectively under IFX, VDZ and USK. 25 patients were included in group 2 : a significant improvement in BASDAI score was observed in 33.3% of IFX patients, 71.4% of VDZ patients and 41.7% of USK patients. In group 3, 70% of IFX-treated patients and 39.2% of VDZ-treated patients reported an improvement in symptoms, while 20% and 32.1% of patients reported an aggravation or appearance.
